What's New
This week we have samples, kits, patterns, and of course the tip of the week to share with you. Let's start by enticing you with a quilt kit or two!

The Mouse Trap Quilt Kit - finished size measures 44" x 66". Designed by Hunter's Design Studio, this pattern is available in 4 sizes; Lap, Twin, Queen, and King. Kits are available in lap size only for $76.99.

Pictures do not do this next quilt kit justice. The In a Flash pattern is from the Quick As A Wink 3-Yard Quilt book by Donna Robertson. The fabrics in the sample are part of the Spring Shimmer collection from Robert Kaufman. The butterflies require some fussy cutting from our focal fabric. We decided to add a pieced backing using the leftover butterflies from the print. It is almost like getting two quilts for the price of one. Kits include our pattern modifications and instructions for the pieced backing. The quilt measures 44" x 62". Kits are available for $48.99.

You had us at table runner.... The Tabletastic 2 pattern book has arrived! Doug Leko has truly outdone himself with over 20 great table runner and topper designs. There are so many great patterns in this book you will have have a hard time deciding which one to create first.

Who ever said cats are not smart? These Literary Kitties from QT Fabrics are shown frolicking among the library shelves. Rich shades of black, brown, gold, and red depict our furry friends in a sophisticated, yet playful setting. Purrfect for any project and to sit back, relax and read a book with your favorite cat.

Bursting with color and fun, the Elephant Joy collection by Terry Runyan from Benartex Fabrics is sure to brighten up any project you create. Playful elephants are joined with a mix of geometric and floral prints to tie the whole collection together.

Tip of the Week

Affinity For Quilts Tip of the Week: Carry individual packets of moist towelettes in your quilting case for those times that your hands get dirty. This will help keep the surface of your machine clean and ensure that you do not soil your blocks.
