The White Bear Lake Lions Club is collecting toys and non-perishable food items for families in need. Thank you to all who have so generously donated items this past week. Affinity For Quilts will continue to have a bin set up for donations and would like to encourage people to stop into the shop with a new unwrapped toy or food donation for some special savings.

10% off Fabric purchase when donating a non-perishable food item.

New patterns and kits

Scotland yard is a sleek modern quilt that is quick to sew and great for beginners. Our sample maker choose fabrics from the Under The Apple Tree line from RJR Fabrics. The quilt measures 60" x 72" and kits are available for $81.99.

Those storybook panels are not just for making cloth books, you can also make them into a fun quilt! Storybook by Tamara Cook for Villa Rosa Designs measures 48" x 51". We used the Busy Street storybook for our sample and paired it with fabrics from this collection and a few pieces from the blender wall. Kits are available for $52.99.

COVID-19
COVID cases continue to rise in Minnesota. We are requesting that all customers wear a mask, vaccinated or not. Let's all do our part to put an end to this pandemic. Affinity For Quilts staff will be wearing masks for your protection, as well as ours.

Bad Weather Store Closure Policy
While we strive not to close the shop sometimes mother nature has other ideas and we have to make the decision to close for everyone's safety. This is just a reminder of the store closure policy here at Affinity For Quilts.

Tip of the Week
Affinity For Quilts Tip of the Week: Puppies and vacuums just love to chew on things: shoes, socks, and even cords. Flex guard tubing will protect your sewing machine cords from being chewed and it will keep cords tidy at the same time. Keep your pets and cords safe.
